Please be aware that smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited, as well as hosting parties or causing excessive noise between 10:00 PM and 08:00 AM.

Five days before your arrival, you will receive a link for the mandatory registration of your documents (passport or ID). After completing the registration, you will receive a second link with instructions and videos to help you access the apartment independently via self-check-in.

We recommend watching the video before your arrival.

Upon arrival, a tourist tax of €6.30 per night per adult will be due, unless exemptions, which must be communicated and documented before check-in, apply.

If applicable, a security deposit will be required upon check-in. The deposit can only be paid by credit card, debit card, PayPal, or other electronic payment methods. The security deposit will be refunded after the property condition is checked, by reversing the payment made during check-in. Therefore, the amount paid as a security deposit will be credited back to the same payment method used upon arrival.

BnButler reserves the right to cancel the reservation as a no-show if you arrive after midnight without prior agreement or for reasons beyond our control.

At check-out, the property must be left tidy, especially the kitchen. A dirty or very messy kitchen requires additional work from our staff and could delay the welcoming of the next guests. In such cases, any extra cleaning costs incurred by BnButler will be deducted from the security deposit.

We kindly ask that you treat the property as you would your own. When you leave, please turn off the lights and air conditioning to help save the environment!

Pets are not allowed in any of our apartments unless prior arrangements have been made via email or phone.

Please note, smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, but allowed on balconies and/or terraces, if available.

STANDARD RATE: You can cancel free of charge up to 5 days before your arrival. If you cancel within 5 days before check-in, 50% of your stay will be charged. In case of no-show, the full amount will be charged.

NON-REFUNDABLE RATE: Deposit: The total amount is paid at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. Cancellation policy: The total amount is non-refundable if the reservation is canceled at any time after booking.

WEEKLY RATE: The guest can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. If they cancel between 14 and 5 days before check-in, they will be charged 50% of the stay. If they cancel between 5 and 0 days before check-in, or in case of a no-show, the full amount will be charged.
