Please note that it is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the house as well as give parties or make excessive noise from 10.00 pm to 08.00 am.
We will send you a link for registration (mandatory by law) of your documents (passport or ID) three days before your arrival.
After registration, you will receive a second link, with instructions and videos, to access the apartment independently in self-check-in mode.
We recommend that you watch the video before arriving at the apartment.
Upon arrival, a tourist tax of €4.50 per night per adult will be required, except for exemptions that must be communicated and documented before check-in.
In case it is expected, upon your arrival, you will be asked to pay the security deposit, you can pay the deposit only by credit card, debit card, PayPal, or other electronic forms of payment.
The security deposit will be returned after a check of the condition of the property by reversing the payment made during check-in. The amount paid on arrival as a security deposit will, therefore, be credited to the same method of payment chosen by the guest upon arrival.
BnButler reserves the right to cancel the reservation as a No-Show in case of arrivals after midnight if not agreed in advance or for reasons not attributable to BnButler itself.
BnButler reserves the right to cancel the reservation for non-submission
At check-out, the house must be left tidy especially as regards the kitchen, a dirty or very messy kitchen implies a lot more work for our employees and can mean a delay in welcoming the next guests. In this case, the extraordinary costs that BnButler will incur for extraordinary cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit paid at check-in.
We, therefore, ask you to respect the house as you would like them to respect yours.
When you go out please turn off the lights and the air conditioning, it will also save the environment!
In all our apartments animals are not allowed except by direct agreements taken by mail or telephone.
Please note that smoking is prohibited except on balconies and/or terraces that may be present.

STANDARD RATE:
The customer can cancel free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. If you cancel within 5 days before Check-in in you will pay for the first night. If he does not show up, he pays the full amount.
Credit Card to Guarantee the Reservation.

NON-REFUNDABLE RATE:
Deposit: The customer pays the total amount to confirm the reservation.
Rate conditions: The customer pays the total amount if canceled at any time after booking.
